Different Risks.
One Considered Plan.

Start with the part of your property that needs attention. We’ll consider how the equipment, building and everyday routines work together.

“The best starting point isn’t a camera. It’s knowing what you need to protect.”

A useful security specification starts with the building, the risks and your routines. That means clear camera views, sensible permissions and doors that remain safe to use.

Can I View My CCTV On My Phone?

Remote CCTV viewing is possible with compatible equipment and a suitable internet connection. Access should use individual accounts, strong passwords and additional verification where the platform supports it. The survey should check upload capacity and explain any subscription, security settings and ownership arrangements before you decide whether mobile viewing is useful for your premises.

Will Access Control Still Allow People To Escape?

Access control must be designed around safe escape as well as security. The correct release arrangement depends on the door, the people using it and the building’s fire risk assessment. Emergency operation, loss of power and any fire alarm interface should be agreed and tested as part of the installation, rather than assumed from the lock type.

Does A Monitored Alarm Automatically Bring Police?

A monitored alarm does not automatically qualify for police response. The installation, monitoring, confirmed signalling and registration must meet the applicable police requirements, and attendance remains subject to police policy. Ask for the intended response arrangement in writing, including keyholder duties, recurring costs and what happens if the system develops repeated unwanted activations.
